participatory installation - part of Feltham Fete's Cultural
Celebration - based on the practice of Rangoli where symbolic
patterns with ground rice or chalk are created on the floor. Patterns
can be increasingly complex and represent the energies of the universe. After
adhering to the guiding template, individuals
of all ages began creating their own patterns with their own take on the how to
apply the materials.
