Drop-in workshop over the opening weekend of the Festival of Love, a two-month summer festival at the Southbank Centre, celebrating the Same Sex Couple Act.
The opening event included seven drop-in interactive events with visitors by different artists, each project looking at seven different Greek definitions of love. The Giant Friendship Bracelet was in response to ‘Philia’, love that grows from a shared experience, like friendship within groups who are working towards a shared goal.
