All orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked delivery. This service provides a tracking number and delivery may require a signature upon receipt.

Please note that delivery time is from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been packaged and dispatched.

How your order will arrive

Jewellery is gift wrapped in white acid-free tissue, and packed in a white card box with grey or white twine.

Items exempt from returns refund or exchange

Any studio samples, made to order, bespoke or altered jewellery pieces or artwork made to client's request.

Faulty or damaged items

There has not ever been a faulty item of jewellery noted at point of sale as each piece is carefully made and thoroughly checked before packing. Refund/Exhange is not guaranteed and is subject to review of the returned item. All items that are returned as faulty will be assessed and any displaying damage that is deemed to be a direct result of fair wear or accidental damage will not be accepted as faulty. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed. Repairs are free within 12 months of delivery date, for a fair exchange, clients are kindly requested to pay for postage to and from the studio. 

Returning items

Each piece is created and checked by closely by Tanvi, please get in touch if you think a piece may have arrive damaged to you, a replacement/repair or refund can be arranged. If the package you receive damaged or open please do not accept the delivery and get in contact immediately.

Online order cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order placed online at please email with details of the order. Please note that orders can only be cancelled if they have not already been dispatched. If your order has been dispatched, then it will not be possible to redirect it, please return to the sender address noted on the parcel.
