UK DELIVERY
You can choose at the stage of checkout, whether would like your package to be sent by either Recorded Signed For (£4.00 arrival within 2-5 days) or Royal Mail Special Delivery (£8.00 arrival within 1-3 days) per order, both of which require a signature upon receipt. Please note, the next day delivery time is from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been finished and dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Delivery costs £12.00 per order. International orders will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service. Delivery times are estimated at 5-9 working days from date of dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been processed and dispatched.

HOW YOUR ORDER WILL ARRIVE 
Your order will be dispatched in an unbranded external envelope. Your jewellery is wrapped in acid-free white tissue, and packaged in a white ribbed textured card box bound with grey twine, all of which have been sourced or manufactured within the UK. Once an order is dispatched, you will receive a notification email, with a tracking number and details of how to track your parcel. 

* Please be aware that any duty and taxes that may be due in the country of destination, are the responsibility of the customer. *

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I’m sorry to hear that, however, simply return the item in its original unused condition in original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Items can be returned for a refund or exchange.

ITEMS EXEMPT FROM RETURNS REFUND or EXCHANGE
Any made to order, bespoke or altered jewellery pieces to a customers' request.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
As soon as possible please email me at sales@tanvikant.co.uk within 7 days from the date of delivery of the item.  The cost of returning the item is your responsibility.

FAULTY or DAMAGED ITEMS
I have never had a faulty piece of jewellery noted at point of sale as I thoroughly check over each piece. Refund/exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to review of the returned product. All items that are returned as faulty will be assessed and any item displaying damage that is deemed to be a direct result of fair wear or accidental damage will not be accepted as faulty. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed. I am happy to repair and this will be at a minimal cost, it will be free within 3 months of delivery date. . A repairs service for such items is offered. Please see below for our MEND & REPAIR service.

MEND & REPAIR
My jewellery practice is based on values of the inevitable and beautiful imperfections of hand-stitched textiles. I offer a MEND & REPAIR service with very purchase as I prefer to mend and customise over discarding and replacing. There will be a small and fair charge for this service, to cover the cost of the repair and any shipping costs incurred.

RETURNING ITEMS
I have made each piece myself and check each item closely so, please email me if you think a piece may have arrived damaged to you, a replacement/repair or a refund can be arranged. If the package you receive is damaged or open please do not accept the delivery and contact me immediately.

ONLINE ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel an order placed online at tanvikant.co.uk please email me.

Please note that orders can only be cancelled if they have not already been dispatched. If your order has been dispatched, then I am unable to redirect it, so request that you follow the above return instructions upon receipt.
