RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that, however, simply return the item to us in its original unused condition in original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Items can be returned for a refund, exchange or credit note.

Any made to order, bespoke or altered jewellery pieces to a customers' request.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Please obtain a Returns number by emailing sales@tanvikant.co.uk within 7 days of dispatch of goods. Please do NOT return any item to us without a return number, as it will not be accepted. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 7 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 7 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made. 

FAULTY or DAMAGED ITEMS

If a product is defective, it will be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge. Refund/exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product. All items that are returned as faulty will be assessed and any item displaying damage that is deemed to be a direct result of fair wear or accidental damage will not be accepted as faulty. Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed. A repairs service for such items is offered. Please see below for our MEND & REPAIR service.

RETURNING FAULTY ITEMS

In the rare event that items are delivered faulty or damaged please contact call +(0)7973 551 661 or email so a replacement or a refund can be arranged. If the package you receive is damaged or open please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately to arrange a replacement. We will bear the costs of postage to return the goods and issue a re-delivery.

MEND & REPAIR

Tanvi Kant jewellery is based on values of the inevitable and beautiful imperfections of hand-stitched textiles. We offer a MEND & REPAIR service with very purchase as we prefer mending and customising over discarding and replacing. There is no charge for natural wear for up to two years from date of receipt of jewellery, only a postal charge for sending item to studio. For other repairs a fair charge will be requested for this service to cover the cost of the repair and any shipping costs incurred.

Please note that orders can only be cancelled if they have not already been dispatched. If your order has been dispatched, then we are unable to redirect it, so request that you follow the above return instructions upon receipt. Providing that a Return Number has been requested within 7 days of receipt, then your original postage costs will be refunded along with the full cost of the item.
